This year we will be one of the very first people in the country to be enjoying the services of a fantastic new local wine company called Pandean Wines. Pandean Wines aka Adam & Cinzia will be creating our new wine lists for the forthcoming season and I’m really excited to have them on board again. I say again, as some of you might remember, we were lucky enough to have them cooking with us last season. Adam’s food and Cinzia’s wines went down a storm and although I was sad to see them go, I’m delighted that their new venture has been so successful and am thrilled to again be working with them. Once we’ve decided on the new list, I’ll post it up and let you know how next week’s tasting goes.
